A notary public is a state-appointed official authorized to verify identities, witness signatures, administer oaths, and deter fraud in the signing of important documents. A notary’s seal ensures that the document was signed willingly and by the correct individual.

We notarize a wide range of personal, business, and legal documents, including real estate forms, wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, contracts, loan documents, healthcare directives, and more.

Each signer must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The ID must be current (not expired) and include a photo and signature.
